A 21year old good looking girl visited our clinic with a complaint of discolored and broken upper front tooth. She says that she is diffident to smile in her peer group because of her discolored tooth.
She gave a history of fall 9 years back and the tooth (right central incisor)was slowly changing its colour from the past 4 years.
We, at Eswar Dental Clinic have clinically examined her teeth, performed vitality tests and took necessary x rays. The patient was explained about treatment plan.
After patients consent, we performed root canal treatment on the discolored tooth. 2 sessions of internal bleaching was performed to whiten the tooth. Finally an e-max crown was given to restore the tooth to its shape.
Now the patient is extremely happy with her teeth and flaunting her new smile.
