A 30 year old man visited our clinic with a complaint of discolored upper front tooth. He gave a history of falls 15 years back and root canal treatment was done 10 years back. He observed gradual darkening of the tooth from the past 8 years.
We, at Eswar dental clinic have clinically examined his teeth, took necessary x rays and photographs. The patient is asymptomatic and the root canal filling is satisfactory.
The patient was explained about the internal bleaching (whitening ) procedure. On obtaining patients consent, treatment was done.3 sessions of internal bleaching were done to achieve satisfactory results.
