A 38 year old lady visited our clinic with a complaint of black exposed margins and unnatural appearance of caps on her four upper front teeth.
She gave a past history of root canal treatment and crowns 15 years back. She observed gradual recession of her gums and dark crown margins with which she can’t smile confident.
We at Eswar dental clinic, clinically examined her teeth, took necessary x rays and photographs. After understanding the patient’s expectations on her new smile, treatment plan was explained.
On obtaining patients consent, we removed the old crowns and performed re- root canal treatment for central incisors and root canal treatment for lateral incisors.
Finally e-max crowns are given to restore the teeth to its shape while reducing the proclination.
She is extremely happy with her new smile line now.
